MESSAGE
Let me reiterate this truth, whether the world believes it or not, Jesus will come again to take His followers to heaven. What a glorious day it will be because we shall all be changed and have a new body and we will be with Christ forever.
Our hope as believers is beyond this passing world, we are sure that Jesus has gone to prepare a place in heaven for us and we will see Him in glory one day (John 14:1-3).
But when will this be, and at what time will that event take place? We don’t know – no one knows, not even the angels or even the Lord himself but the Father.
What we know however are the signs of His coming and these are to guide us in preparing so that we will not be caught unawares. Because we don’t know the time, the Scriptures says that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their lusts, and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of creation.”
II Peter 3:3-4 NKJV
God has given us so many of these clues so that we will always be ready. Jesus told us that as it happened in the days of Noah when many rejected the preaching of salvation and went on living careless, so will the day of His coming be. He also pointed our attention to the lawlessness in the days of lot and the judgment that followed to give us the clues we need to know.
The information we have is enough and we have been given the Holy Spirit to guide us to heaven so that no man will be guiltless. I want you to examine your life, and honestly see if you have paid close attention to these many signs that you know. If you have been faithfully following Christ, there is no cause for alarm because you will be sure that whatever time He comes, you will be raptured.
REFLECTION
Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming.

Father, please help me to be watchful, faithful, and ready for the coming of Jesus.
