MESSAGE
Whatever you accept in your life will stick with you. You must stand against whatever is troubling you in the name of the Lord. David will not allow the uncircumcised Goliath to continue to threaten his nation and so he confronted him in the name of the Lord. This led to an end of 40 days of threats and smears by the enemy. Do not be afraid, take the battle to the enemy in the name of the Lord and you will win.
The Bible also affirms that whatever we allow on earth will be allowed in heaven. Jesus said, I assure you and most solemnly say to you, whatever you bind [forbid, declare to be improper and unlawful] on earth shall have [already] been bound in heaven, and whatever you loose [permit, declare lawful] on earth shall have [already] been loosed in heaven. Matthew 18:18 AMP
As a child of God if you allow sickness and failure which are contrary to the will of God for you, so it will be. Until you stand to say No, it is not mine, you will continue to suffer losses.
Our reading of the day should open your eyes to say no to whatever satan is bringing into your life. That woman was quick to cry to the king, the dead child is not mine. Have you looked closely at that situation and refused it?
Stop allowing satan to cheat you. As long as you are a child of God walking in the will of God, whatever is happening to you that you know it’s not God’s will for you must be refused.
Poverty and sickness are not God’s will, so you must refuse it by applying the word of God that says Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. 3 John 1:2 KJV
Also, it is written that Christ became poor so that you can have the true riches of God – though these riches are not defined by the abundance of things that you possess, but by the eternal riches of Christ.
Search the scriptures to find what God says against that struggle in life. Remember, David did not face Goliath by his strength but in the name of the Lord God of Israel, this must be your standing point.
Finally, never forget that God uses all things to work together for our good. You can also take note of some of the lessons in that tough time you are going through and trust God to apply them where necessary. Nevertheless, don’t just accept anything that’s not the will of God for you, simply refuse it.

Refuse those things which are not God’s will for you and start claiming the word of God for your life.
PRAYER
Father, I refuse everything that is not your will for me. I believe your word and verdict concerning my life in Jesus’ name.
