The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

Psalms 23:1 NKJV

MESSAGE

Many believers are faced with the burden of financial stress. Many have barely or nothing to get by the next day. Anxiety takes the center stage in many families because of wants and lack, yet God has precious promises for our supplies.

Firstly, God’s will is for us to have all-around prosperity (3 John 3:2). Therefore you can be sure that God will bless your labor as long as you are not lazy. Also if you seek God’s kingdom first, He will meet all your other needs (Matthew 6:33).

David began the 23rd Psalms by introducing the Lord as a good Shepherd who will not allow you to want. You can be sure that if you have Jesus as your shepherd, you cannot lack anything good. The same, David said in 34th Psalms the 10 verse that as long as you put your trust in God m, you will never lack any good thing in life.

You can also claim God’s promise that He will teach your hand to profit and give you the power to make wealth (Deuteronomy 8:18).
In Exodus 23:25, the Bible says that when you serve the Lord your God,  He will bless your bread and your water and take sickness away from the midst of you. Exodus 23:25 NKJV

Remember God will bless you and there will be no sorrow added to it. You will be blessed and you will not have to spend your money on sicknesses or diseases. That is the sure promise of God for you.

Also in Psalms 1:3, God promises that if you are righteous and godly, whatsoever you do shall prosper. No matter how little your business is as a child of God, you can invoke that promise of prosperity from the word of God.

God, Himself will be your reward (Genesis 15:1). And when you walk before and with Him faithfully, He will not allow anything to be missing in your life. He will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Amen (Philippians 4:19).

REFLECTION

Then you shall see and become radiant, And your heart shall swell with joy; Because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you, The wealth of the Gentiles shall come to you.

Isaiah 60:5 NKJV

Take God at His word, you will no lack or be in want. The Lord is your Shepherd!

PRAYER

Father, I claim every promise of divine provision in your word for my life from this day.
