MESSAGE
When it comes to religion and other ideologies, people tend to believe what they believe in their hearts. Even though what they believe may not be able to bring them true fulfillment and a sense of honesty.
Do you know that even atheist believes something in their heart? You wonder why our text of the day says that they foolishly claim in their heart that there is no God. The truth of the matter is that whether to believe in God or not the heart plays a major role.
It is the center of our beliefs and non-beliefs. What belief in our hearts forms our actions. That is why you must consider the invitation of Christ to allow him into your heart.
Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. Revelation 3:20 NKJV
Don’t allow anyone to fool you, heaven is real and so is hell. Jesus is the only way to get to heaven (John 14:6). You must believe in him with your heart to have eternal life (John3:16). In Romans 10:10, the Bible says, For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:10 NKJV
Do you believe Jesus in your heart? Has your heart been changed by the power of God’s saving grace? Do you now have peace with God? If not, you must repent of all your sins and confess them to God and ask Jesus to come into your heart.
There is a standing promise, God will make you a new creature (2 Corinthians 5:17). He will do this by giving you a new heart and a new spirit. He will take away the stony, and stubborn heart that can not do His will, and give you the heart of flesh (which is the heart of His Son) (Ezekiel 36:26).
Jesus can change your heart and life today if you will allow Him. He is still tearfully waiting for you to open up the door of your heart to Him.
REFLECTION
Once you accepts Christ, He will put God’s law in your heart and you will be able to do the will of God per time.
PRAYER
Father, please write your laws upon my heart.
