MESSAGE
The Bible says that anger lies in the bosom of a fool. Many great men have been destroyed because they can not control their temper. As wonderful as Moses performed and God testifying to Gos faithfulness in duty, Moses never saw the promised land.
This is the very great instruction to us Christians. You must now that anger can prevent you from entering into God’s kingdom.
Because anger often stem from offences, Jesus said that it is certain that you will be offended (Matthew 18:27), but you can be angry but not sin in the process, you are also to settle the matter between you and your brother quickly before sunset (Ephesians 4:26).
In our text and reading of the day, it is clear that anger brings curse and not blessing. If you are struggling with this spirit of anger, you must ask the Lord to take it off your life. You must be willing to put off this works of the flesh and be living a life of the Spirit.
Some people are always angry not because they are willing but they have become used it – they have become lawful captives to the extent tha it is now become a part of their nature. Another is the anger of the prodigal which unfortunate is very common because a sinner is back.
You must always rejoice in the opportunity to see peace among all men and bring backsliders back. You can also not be like the hypocrites who may smile at a fellow but is angry inside. You must also never that the human heart is wicked, only God can discern it.
Are you always angry, cry to God today. He will deliver you. This is because the Bible says that ayone who call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved (Romans 10:8). Call upon Jesus today and deliverance will be yours. Amen.
REFLECTION
Cease from anger, and forsake wrath; Do not fret—it only causes harm.

Anger will only cost you great things in life, please avoid it and it shall be well with you.
PRAYER
Father, please deliver me from the bondage of anger. I want to live a life free of anger and other sin, Jesus help me.
