MESSAGE
When Christ rose from the grave, He rose in victory and great power. He did not only defeat death, but He also gave us power over sickness and disease. Jesus said in Matthew 28:18 that all power in heaven and earth has
been given to Him. This power is available to every of God’s children.
These miraculous signs will accompany those who believe: They will cast out demons in my name, and they will speak in new languages. They will be able to handle snakes with safely, and if they drink anything poisonous, it won’t hurt them. They will be able to place their hands on the sick, and they will be healed.”
Mark 16:17-18 NLT
The Bible says that the name of Jesus is very powerful such that when the name is mentioned every knee bows and every tongue confesses that Jesus is Lord. What it means is that in the face of sickness, the power of Christ simply plows through and destroys it.
In our text and reading of the day, the Bible recorded that after the power of resurrection of Christ came upon the disciples, they were able to to perform special miracles. The man at the beautiful gate got healed. The Bible says that the power of Christ kept working with the disciples such that the shadows of Peter was healing the sick.
In 1 Peter 2:24 that Jesus personally carried our sins in his body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. By his wounds you are healed. 1 Peter 2:24 NLT. Every child of God is entitled to healing and also to heal.
Jesus said that believers will do greater works than He did (John 14:12). You to go about healing the sick and delivering those who are oppressed of the devil and God will be with you. Christ is victorious over sickness and the victory is yours too.
Look for someone who is sick and command them to be healed in Jesus name.

Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel, also heal the sick and cast out devils in Jesus’ name.
