This Jesus God has raised up, of which we are all witnesses.

MESSAGE
God is in search of witnesses – men and women whose lives can serve as a message to this generation that God is good and also faith. He is in search of a people who will both show by their life and experience that Christ is truly alive. By this I mean true Christians with the life of Christ.
In the Book of Revelation, the Lord spoke of the faithfulness of Antipas who was martyred. This fellow was loyal to Christ even in the face of fierce persecution and gruesome death (Revelation 2:13). The testimony of the Apostles was tangible because as Scripture puts it, Christ was beyond head knowledge, they had experienced Him practically in all ways.
That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life— I John 1:1 NKJV
The experience of the apostles had translated too deeply into a life that when the people saw them at Anthioc they called them Christians. Christ was already formed in them, the life of Christ had been fully incubated into them, and now they are His witnesses.
Many people believe that you only share the gospel by preaching, but we know according to the Bible that the world may not read the Bible but they look at believers as models of what a godly life should be.
You are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read by all men;
II Corinthians 3:2 NKJV
How well is your life representing Christ and ministering to others? Are you living casually as the world while claiming to be a believer? Do you carry the life of Christ ti your workplace, business centers, and everywhere as a prove of the truth of the gospel? Paul in his letter to the Thessalonians shared how he lived a life of holiness, blamelessness, and justice among the people (1 Thessalonian 2:10).
You have received the Holy Ghost so that you can be a witness to the reality of Christ’s life. This must first be expressed by your life and then the outflow of the power of Christ from within you.
REFLECTION
And we are His witnesses to these things, and so also is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him.”

God is in search of true and faithful Christians whose lives will serve as evidence of the power and truth of the gospel. Are you one?
PRAYER
Father, please help me to live out the life of Christ fully so that other may be changed because of my Christ-like life.
