MESSAGE

God can take a nobody and cause him to become somebody. The Bible says that He raise the poor from the dust and lifted the needy from the dunghill, and he cause him to sit with the princes of his people (Psalms 113:7-8).

No matter how small a man may begin in God, his end will become greatly increased. The blessing and growth in God of such a man is progressive. In Hannah’s testimony, she said,

Those who were full have hired themselves out for bread, And the hungry have ceased to hunger. Even the barren has borne seven, And she who has many children has become feeble.
I Samuel 2:5 NKJV

When you look at the text and reading of the day, you will see how God had turned Isaac into a mighty man. From that man who want to run to Egypt, God turned him into a force to reckon with in the land. He became so mighty that the Philistines had no choice but to make a pact with him.

When a man stays in the place of God’s direction, he will never go down. Such will become like a tree planted by the rivers of water which brings forth great fruits in its season.

If you stage your business, ministry, or family in the place where God wants you to be, all things will work together for your good. Men may consider the land of your sowing a desert but if God asks you to stay and sow in the land, do it. It will not be long before your enemies come to serve your God.

It is neither by human might nor power, it is God who gives the ability to be great in life. The Bible says that promotion does not come from the east, west or south but from God (Psalms 75:6-7). If you want steady growth in God, you must be intentional and make up your mind to stay in God.

Abide in Christ, and you will never lack the grace of God. You will never lack true and progressive expansion.

REFLECTION

He will guard the feet of His saints, But the wicked shall be silent in darkness. “For by strength no man shall prevail.

1 Samuel 2:9 KJV

Trust in the Lord and stay in your land of divine instruction. Even when there are many oppositions, you will certainly prevail.

PRAYER

Father, please be with me and make me great in my land of divine leading.
