MESSAGE
Advance research and methodologies have been applied to solve many complex problems on the human level. What many scientists struggle with is the idea of a God that can not be discovered through means of scientific tools and analysis.
Who is this God that hides from men?
Truly You are God, who hide Yourself, O God of Israel, the Savior!
Isaiah 45:15 NKJV
Men conclude because they can’t find Him in their human wisdom that He does not exist.
Paul on his trip to the city of Athens saw many gods but there is one particular inscription that struck him. “To The Unknown God” – This God who is unsearchable in wisdom (Acts 17:23).
This is the God who sent His Son into the world to die for humanity. God though incomprehensible cannot be denied.
Trying to search Him out will be a waste of time and resources. He is way ahead of us all and our minds are too small to comprehend this God whose throne is heaven and the earth His footstool. The High and lofty One who inhabits the eternity.
This is the God who sits in heaven and does as it pleases Him. He is the God that one ancient king described as the one who rules in the affairs of men and gives it to whomsoever He will (Daniel 4:25). He further said:
Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and extol and honor the King of heaven, all of whose works are truth, and His ways justice. And those who walk in pride He is able to put down.
Daniel 4:37 NKJV
We speak of the God who rides upon the wings of the wind. The God who sits upon the circle of the earth and everyone before Him is as grasshoppers. The God who is the immortal invisible the only wise. The God before whom all things are seen. The God who dwells on high and yet is still able to fill the matrix of a virgin.
How do you explain the God who dwells in immortality and light that no one can approach unto? We speak of a God whose ways are not ours and his thoughts are ahead of ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). We are speaking of a God who is beyond our reach but close to us every moment.
How do you search for this God who is invisible yet so real; whom we can’t touch but can feel? How do you search for this God who manages the whole universe so effortlessly?
He is the unsearchable God and He deserves our praise and worship. We must revere and adore Him who makes all things beautiful.
REFLECTION
God’s ways are past finding out and in all things He is wise. Praise the Lord!
