MESSAGE

Darkness is confusion, it takes light to dispel darkness. It is safe to say that the world without Jesus is in darkness and will continue to wallow in confusion.

From the fall of man, the entire humanity was plunged into spiritual darkness, Satan was oppressing and suppressing men, until Jesus the light of the world step down into the dark world.

Everyone who has come into the new life in Christ is a carrier of light. They are different from every other person. They have been given the power to drive out every darkness in their domain. One such power is found in Mark 16:17-18. And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
Mark 16:17‭-‬18 NKJV

God wants you to be a light to quench every darkness and confusion in your home, community, and nation. You will agree with me that even our national leaders are confused, and only a man with the light of Christ can bring us into God’s purpose for our nations.

You must not only be different in godly lifestyle and conducts but also in expressing the excellence of God. Daniel was such a man who distinguished himself as a light carrier. Because he carried the light of God, he was able to solve national problems.

The Bible says that Daniel had light and understanding, and wisdom (Daniel 5:11). The world is waiting for you also to emerge and through the revelation of the Holy Spirit bring solutions that will meet the challenges of these present times.

Take on new challenges. Ask the Holy Spirit to give you insights and unusual solutions to major problems in your career, you are there to make a difference for God.

One thing you must note is that to be different you must not trust your knowledge or experience. You will have to hand over your wisdom to Him. You must allow Him to interfere in your work. You must trust the Lord with all your heart and you can not lean on your understanding, but rather acknowledge in all your ways, and He will direct your path (Proverbs 3:5-6).

While the world is groping in the darkness, you must arise and shine, you must be a light shining bright.

REFLECTION

Then this Daniel distinguished himself above the governors and satraps, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king gave thought to setting him over the whole realm.

Daniel 6:3 NKJV

Ask for revelation into the problems of this generation to bring lasting solutions and make an uncommon impact in the lives of men.

PRAYER

Father, please show me the solution to the problems of my generation.
