MESSAGE
The great commission is not to a few but to all who have been saved, it is also not something you do today and forget for the next few months. You must constantly go after the souls of men.
From the words of the Lord, we know that the harvest is truly plenteous but the labourers are few (Matthew9:37). There are many people today who sit in the region of the shadow of death and are waiting for someone to come to preach the gospel to them. Sadly, even the few people that are sharing the gospel do it without serious commitment and passion.
You have been saved to reach all men from your Jerusalem, to the ends of the earth for Christ. But how often do you share the gospel, are you among those who think soul-winning is pastors’ or ministers’ business only? If you are such a person, you are wrong and you need to start making amends.
In our text of the day, the word of God told us that we must be witnesses for Christ in and out of season. We must carry Jesus to our offices, businesses and other places, sharing about His saving power. Whether it is convenient is not the issue, this is an emergency and must be urgent in our hearts.
Since You don’t know if you’d ever meet that person again, make the opportunity you have count. Put gospel tracts in someone’s hand. There are many people whose salvation cannot be delayed, you must make up your mind to be an active soul winner.
Just as you pray without ceasing, witness for Jesus without ceasing also.
REFLECTION
But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

Be intentional about soul-winning for today. Do it as if your life depends on it. He who wins a soul is wise, therefore be wise.
PRAYER
Father, please grant me the grace to witness more to people when it is convenient and when it is not conceived.
