MESSAGE
God wants you to be fruitful, bareness is not part of His precious plans for your life. So if you are barren physically, spiritually, or otherwise, you can begin to bank on God’s sure promises to counter that negative trend.
The first decree of God to man is fruitfulness. In Genesis 1:28, the Bible said,
Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth”
We also know that God has promised that No one shall suffer miscarriage or be barren in your land; I will fulfill the number of your days.
Exodus 23:26 NKJV. So you can rest on this sure promise of God. You are not permitted to be barren or miscarry but fruitful.
In our text of the day, after the flood, God pronounced the blessing of fruitfulness upon Noah and his descendant. He said that the ground will no longer be cursed for the sake of man. It is very sure that God’s decree is fruitfulness over your life.
Even in the things of God, the Bible says you will not be barren or unfruitful in the knowledge of Christ (2 Peter 1:8). No matter how hard or tight the present economy may be, God will bring you into the experience of Rehoboth and you will be fruitful in the Land (Read Genesis 26).
Check through the Scripture and see other beautiful promises made for your fruitfulness. You shall not be barren. Amen.
