MESSAGE
While comparing God and our earthly parents, Jesus said that no earthly father will give his children a stone for bread, or a serpent for fish. He then further made this incredible remark:
If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!
Matthew 7:11 NKJV
You see, we can’t outdo God in goodness, our best is not close to his least even though there is no least in God. To every child of God, there are countless benefits. The Bible says that God daily loads us with these numerous benefits.
Blessed be the Lord, Who daily loads us with benefits, The God of our salvation! Selah
Psalms 68:19 NKJV
One such benefit is healing according to our text and reading of the day. The Bible recorded that Jesus was wounded so that through His stripes we might be healed (1 Peter 1:23-24). It means that there will be times when we will be sick or physically challenged but we can receive instant healing because it is ours as God’s children.
Remember that God who did not spare His son but graciously gave him for us will not withhold anything good from us. Unfortunately, many believers are going about with sicknesses while none believers are grabbing the crumbs and are being healed as was in the case of the woman of Samaria in our reading of the day.
What made her receive this miracle was her faith in God. She had absolute confidence in Christ’s ability to heal her daughter. Jesus called her a woman with great faith. Until we believers stop trivializing the miracles of God we will continue to miss out on other miracles.
We must also learn to take what has been given to us, rather than living in stark ignorance that further leads to misery. Are you sick in your body, just ask and healing be given to you. Stop grumbling or complaining when you can receive your healing now.
Only sinners will continue to live with the consequence of their sin which is death. Sin cause sickness and even physical death. Therefore desist from it and repent today.

Are you weak in your body, declare your healing now in Jesus’ name. Say out loud, “I am strong and healed in Jesus’ name”. Amen.
PRAYER
I am strong and not weak, I am healed and not sick in Jesus’ name. Amen.
