Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the Lord caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea into dry land, and the waters were divided.

MESSAGE
Today we want to analyze some of the wonders of our God and encourage you to expect Him to perform His wonders in your life. The good news is that we are convinced of His mighty power to do wonderful things. Anyone who is not convinced must look closely at these wonders of God.
When the God of Wonders wanted to deliver His people from four hundred and thirty years of bondage in Egypt, He performed Ten mighty wonders that left their captors in tears and at great material losses. Egypt felt the power of God who does wonderful things and hurriedly let Israel go. I am so sure that the same God who through his wonderful acts delivered the people of Israel from bondage will deliver you today in Jesus’s name. Amen
There are however some tough enemies who even when you are delivered would want to recapture you. From such a Pharaoh-like enemy you need not panic because the God of wonders will drown them in the sea.
Immediately after the children of Israel left, Pharaoh decided to pursue them. He thought they would be captured or drowned. God’s people were in a dire situation that begs for immediate action. Even Moses their leader after seeing the people cry to Him had to cry to God. Thank God the God of wonders does not sleep not slumber. He simply told them to go forward, instead of whining just go forward. Christians must learn to do this because the God of Wonders has many wonders off his sleeves. Rather than worry and cry make your request known to God and He will show up (Philippians 4:6).
We know that Pharaoh and his army perished while God’s people escaped by the act of divine wonder. The sea parted and the people walked on the dry ground. This act of wonder can be best described by this beautiful song:
“Who is like You, O Lord, among the gods? Who is like You, glorious in holiness, Fearful in praises, doing wonders?
Exodus 15:11 NKJV
Are you faced with enemies within and without? If you are a child of God you can rest assured that the God of wonders will perform great wonders that will lift you out of that problem and bring you into a glorious place. Those who are not His children may also like Pharaoh see His wonders but it would be in a negative way. Make sure you are on the side of God always.
